This eight bed villa is found in a charming location about 7km from Cefalù near the little town of Sant'Ambrogio, about 4 km from the seaside and the nearest shops and restaurants.

Set in a very peaceful location in the Madonie park the villa is divided into three apartments which can be rented together or independently. The ground floor apartment sleeps 8 and the two apartments on the first floor sleep five and four guests respectively.

The property boasts a lovely view, has a large outdoor terrace with a fine sea view and private pool.

Delightful surroundings with large palms, olive and orange trees in the garden area, ideal for families with children.

Apartment A ground floor: living area with firplace and double sofabed, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath, lavatory and shower, large kitchen area.

Apartment B first floor: living area with fireplace and single sofabed. Kitchen area leading onto terrace with sea views, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Apartment C first floor: living area with fireplace and double sofabed. Kitchen area leading onto terrace with lovely sea views, laundry and bathroom, one double bedroom.

All the apartments are with TV colour satellite, A/C, private parking, simple furniture but comfortable outside garden.
