Just a few kilometres from Trapani, located in north western Sicily, resides this charming and ancient country residence dating back to the eighteenth century.

The original barns, stalls and outhouses have been salvaged and restored to become original holiday apartments, with country furniture much to the fore and surrounded by olive groves, orange and lemon trees and century old pines.

The accommodation varies from en suite bedrooms to two bedroom apartments supplied with extra sofa beds.

Strolling or cycling around the premises you will encounter not only the family dogs and cats, but also the friendly geese, turkeys and peacocks which roam around freely.

Guests can take full advantage of the available recreational sports such as football, volleyball and out door bowling and for the youngest is a dedicated children's play area.

On this family run farm are grown a variety of vegetables, citrus fruits and olives, which are then used to producewonderful tomato purees, fruit and vegetable preserves and oil, which are then used in many of the typical dishes to be found in the onsite restauratn, using Sicilian traditional methods handed down through the family.

A collection of antique agricultural tools have survived the test of time and are jealously guarded and preserved in a mini-museum on the farm. The museum is found in the old "frantoio," the room once used for pressing olives.

Easily reachable from Trapani and Palermo airports, this farm holiday location is suitable for countryside lovers, as well as being an ideal starting point for excursions to famous places such as the Egadi Islands, San Vito Lo Capo, "Lo Zingaro" and the salt-works and naturereserves, Erice, Segesta and the Selinunte Temples and other less famous but nevertheless beautiful locations also well worth a visit.
