Villa Mazza is located in a complex of 24 similar villas not far from Cefalu, 300m from sandy beaches and with communal facilities such as the two swimming pools and the fitness centre.

Despite the number of properties in the complex it is a quiet location. The pools are open from the beginning of July to the end of August.

Villa Mazza has a nice spacious and well kept garden and has been recently restored by the owner.

The ground floor has a large living area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and outside barbecue area and terrace.

The underground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living area with sofa double bed.

The first floor has one double bedroom and a bathroom with terrace.
