Cosy seaside residence with two bedrooms ideal for a small family

The villa is located approximately 1,5km from Cefalù and is divided into two levels connected by an outdoor stone staircase.

Both levels have an amazing terrace where you will be enchanted by the view. As the villa was built on the cliff, the owner has used the natural rock as part of the walls, which creates a very special and unique interior design.

The upper floor is used as sleeping area. The double bedroom is stylishly finished and on the same floor there is a second twin bedroom ideal for children.

Both rooms have large glass sliding doors gifting lovely seaviews. And even the bath and shower room have used some of the rock walls in their design.
