1. Payment
To confirm a booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is payable.
The balance must then be paid a minimum of four weeks in advance of
departure. Cancellation after this date will result in the loss of the
whole amount.
For late bookings (less than four weeks before departure) the full balance
must be paid immediately.
2. Price Guarantee
We guarantee to maintain the price of your holiday as agreed between you, the client and Sicilia Holiday Homes at the time of receipt of our booking confirmation letter. However we reserve the right to ask for payment in either euros or sterling in the event of large exchange rate movements. The holiday prices shown on our website are in sterling and are updated regularly to take into account exchange rate movements.
3. Booking
Please contact us to confirm availability. Once availability is established,
to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total
price is payable within three days. On receipt of the deposit we will
send you booking confirmation which establishes our contract with you.
4. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right up to four weeks before departure to cancel your
booking and in this event will refund all monies paid or offer an alternative
holiday. If the alternative holiday is less than your original booking,
then you will receive a refund of the difference from us.
5. Damage or injury
We do not accept liability for damage to property or person.
6. Breakages deposit
On arrival a deposit of 250 euros must be paid to the owner or keyholder
of the property.
7. Care of property
You are responsible that your holiday let is left in the same state
of cleanliness and repair as on arrival. Any loss or damage to the property
or fixtures and fittings caused by you will be deducted by the owner
from your breakages deposit.
8. Price
Our prices are from Saturday to Saturday and include the cost of electricity,
cooking gas, linen and towels. Heating is not included. Some owners,
specified in the price list, require a small additional fee for
final cleaning.
9. Complaints
In the unlikely event of any problems during your stay, you must report
it immediately to the owner or Sicilia Holiday Homes. We will attempt
to resolve the matter immediately but if you remain dissatisfied you
must write to us within 14 days of the end of your holiday. A failure
to notify us or the owner during the holiday may mean that we will be
unable to resolve the dispute after you return home. |
